Open Account. If you subscribed through Zodiacs, you will find a link to the billing portal there.
The portal is where you change your card, switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel. Cancelling stops the renewal — you keep Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the calendar returns to the free window.
If you do not see a billing link, your access was granted directly rather than bought through a card. There is nothing to cancel in that case, and the chat can tell you where it came from.
