
The morning line is a short daily email: how your day is marked, and why.

Turn it on and off under Settings. You can also set the time zone it sends in, so it arrives in your morning rather than ours.
Every one of those emails carries a stop link at the bottom. It works in one click and never asks you to sign in — being asked for a password on the way out of an email is a dark pattern, so we do not do it.
Stopping the email also removes the copy of your birth date that existed only to write it.
